Big fan. Started with the Pork Shoulder Roast in the crock-pot and it was absolute perfection. I was shocked because I don't often have luck cooking pork!

100/10 - My husband does not usually enjoy lamb. In truth, I bought the brats for myself, but barely had the chance to eat one he enjoyed them so much! Needless to say, these will become a staple in our house.

We are big fans of the Old Salt Co-Op and of their approach to regenerative ranching. We love the beef and are happy to support their business. One of our favorite ways to eat their ground beef is also the simplest. Saute and salt it. We have also been using Old Salt beef to make our own carnivore bars. Fantastic!

We smoked a brisket from Old Salt Co-op for our wedding celebration/ gathering this past weekend, and it was genuinely outstanding. Not only there was a grass-fed but a grain fed option, where we were able to choose what best fit our budget.

After smoking for hours, the brisket rendered beautifully. The flavor was rich and clean – no off-tastes, no mystery ingredients – just the honest taste of quality beef. The tenderness was perfect, and everyone at the reception commented on how good it was. We had people asking where we got it.

Flat iron steak is exceptional in texture and flavor. We have those with dental difficulties that always appreciate the tenderness (and flavors) of the flat iron steaks. I can it, strip and fry. Always just right and dependable. Enjoyable meat for all of us.
