The Flat Iron steak is one of the most tender cuts on the entire animal and requires an expert butcher to carefully portion the filets. The higher cost is well justified by the delicious flavor and texture. Approximately 1 lb packs, exact weights my vary.
When a bundle specifies a category of beef cut, it can include:
- Premium steak: ribeye, strip, tenderloin, and flat iron
- Butcher's steak: top sirloin, top sirloin cap, sirloin tip, bavette, skirt, flank, top round, chuck eye, denver, oyster, merlot, petite tender, and chuck tender
- Fresh sausage: bratwurst, italian, kielbasa, breakfast, chorizo
- Slow cook cuts: chuck roast, pot roast, stew meat, osso bucco, short ribs, brisket, tri-tip
Orders placed by Monday will ship the same week. Any orders placed after Monday may wait until the following week. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
