Old Salt is establishing its own vertically integrated processing in the Helena, Montana area which can handle multiple species for both custom exempt and USDA inspected meat products. Old Salt currently processes for its own retail brand, which includes the products available here on the website, in addition to The Union Butcher Shop & Wood Fired Grill and Old Salt Outpost. Eventually Old Salt Co-Op will offer centrally located USDA processing services for ranches in the region that currently lack sufficient access.
Our current location is 2840 Bozeman Ave, Helena, MT 59601. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm (holidays may affect these hours).
